We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if an exchange or return is necessary, please note the following:
-Items will be accepted for refund or exchange with a valid receipt within 15 days of purchase. In-store credit will be issued after 15 days and up to 30 days.
-Original receipt is required for returns, exchanges, and warranty repair service.
-No returns or exchanges will be accepted on opened, non-defective mattresses.
-All items must be returned in their original packaging, and unassembled. We are unable to offer returns on modified or assembled items.
-Furniture with concealed damage reported within 72 hours of delivery or pick-up, will be repaired free of charge by Star Furniture or our agent. If the item cannot be repaired, you will be offered an exact replacement at no extra charge. A reselection will be offered if no replacement is available.
-A minimum 20% of the original price restocking fee is charged on all non-defective furniture returns and exchanges, even if they are in their original selling condition.
-Star Furniture will not assume the transportation or shipping charges for any items to be returned or exchanged
-Custom or special order items are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
-If you have NOT received your merchandise, you may cancel all or part of your order within 48 hours of placing your order with a charge or fee (20% of the original price).
-At any time, Star Furniture reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
